March in true sense is a very refreshing month for mankind. Please remember that it starts just after the winter season therefore to take it benefits we should be careful and get maximum advantage from it.

In winter season we become used of hot things in diet however in March the body has to adjust towards the spring. This is month of spring. We ought to balance our diet to keep our digestive system intact. In this month you have to take care of many things so that before April your body becomes used to the environment.

Since we don’t adapt to preventive measure therefore in April people complain of cough etc. To safeguard you from these things try some corrective measure e.g. stop eating hot type things sleep early in the night keep away from sweets. These things raise your blood pressure and it can lead to diabetics. Start morning walks and light exercise. In the morning walk early before sunrise and come back in light sunrise. Walk up to one to five kilo meters if possible. This will enhance your tolerance level and it will keep you fit. If any disease has made its place in your body then the walk will keep it within control. If possible try to walk bare footed. If muddy paths are not available then it is good to walk on the narrow paths. In this month some people feel ill.  If not treated timely this can lead to serious disease therefore give this with joshada.

What to eat in March: - In breakfast milk porridge double roti cheese egg fried fish or mutton almond and milk made item etc can be taken. In breakfast take a glass of milk instead of tea. People made add tea in it.

What to wear in march:- in the morning use sweater on going to work use thick clothes instead of thin clothes. Avoid sleeping in open air. Use blanket instead of quilt. Fan or air conditioner in the room should be avoided.

Illnesses in march:- don’t forget that march is month which is celebrated to begin the spring season in this month take care of your whole body especially mind heart and liver and stomach. A little care will save you from many illnesses. In this season small children become victim of measles therefore get them injected. Government is serious in eradicating measles out of our country six disease polio cough etc are dangerous therefore get your children injected. A few children become victim of typhoid therefore take care of their diet, eating more than the requirement is often dangerous. Ask your children to take bath everyday and change their clothed daily.

These remedies will keep children hale and hearty and there will not illnesses. Keep away from hot eatables. Sleep early and rise early. Don’t eat sweets because it raises blood pressure take walk everyday and make exercise your daily routine.
